Terms of service

1. Scope
These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed via the online shop “Casa Mere” (Mere Group GmbH, Küferweg 2, 8918 Unterlunkhofen, Switzerland).
By submitting an order, the customer expressly agrees to these Terms.

2. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.

By placing an order, the customer submits a binding offer to enter into a purchase contract.
The contract is concluded once Mere Group GmbH confirms the order by email (shipping confirmation).

Mere Group GmbH reserves the right to reject any order without giving reasons.

3. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices are stated in CHF and include statutory value-added tax (if applicable), excluding shipping costs.

Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the online shop, in particular Shopify Payments and Payrexx (including TWINT).
Mere Group GmbH reserves the right to exclude certain payment methods.

4. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.

Delivery times and shipping costs may vary depending on the product and are displayed during the checkout process before completing the order. These details are non-binding.

Mere Group GmbH is not liable for delays caused by shipping providers, customs procedures, or events beyond our control.

If a product is unavailable, the customer will be informed and any payments already made will be refunded.

5. Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of Mere Group GmbH until full payment has been received.

6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt, provided that the return is announced in writing in advance. Returned products must be unused, clean, and, where possible, sent back in their original packaging. The refund will be processed once the goods have been received and inspected. In the event of signs of use, damage, soiling, missing original packaging, or any other reduction in value, we reserve the right to reduce the refund accordingly or to refuse the return if the product is no longer in a resalable condition.

The customer bears the cost of return shipping.

Custom-made or personalized products are excluded from returns.

7. Defects and Warranty
Any obvious defects must be reported in writing within 14 days of receipt.

In the case of justified defects, Mere Group GmbH will, at its discretion, provide a replacement or issue a refund.
The cost of returning defective goods will be covered.

8. Product Representation
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible.

However, especially for handmade or natural materials, variations in color, texture, or surface may occur. Such variations do not constitute a defect.

9. Liability
Mere Group GmbH is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct.

To the extent permitted by law, any further liability, in particular for indirect or consequential damages or loss of profit, is excluded.

Use of the website is at the customer’s own risk. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
